Entities used in the <title /> of an HTML document are not rendered properly in the \
tool tip of the tab bar.

Something like <title>this &amp; that</title> is rendered correctly as "this & that" \
in the title of the tab bar, but is rendered as "this &amp; that" in the tool tip of \
