Summary: Can't access to folders that contains the character '['
in the folder name
Product: konqueror
Version: 3.4.2
Platform: Gentoo Packages
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: konq-bugs kde org
ReportedBy: aironmail gmail com
Version: 3.4.2 (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc 3.3.5
OS: Linux
Using konqueror as a file manager, it can't access to folders that contains \
the character '[' in the folder name if the folder is selected with a mouse \
click. A way to reproduce is just renaming a folder, for example, we have \
the folder name "testfolder"; if we rename it to "test[folder" then \
konqueror fails to browse inside it. If manually I add the character '/' at \
the end of the url then I can go inside the folder. This is something that \
was working perfectly in all kde versions except in 3.4.2. \
