Hum, 

1. Find a website with a form which contain <input type="file" name="input_file">
(such as the page I gave as link -- but the file upload right is given only to \
authentified users)

2. Click on the "browse" button in order to select the file you want to upload.

3. At this time, a file selector window is supposed to pop-up, so you can select your \
file.

4. Then (instead of browsing with the mouse, clicking on directories or files to \
select the appropriate one), in the "Location" input field (just left to the OK \
button, on top of the "Filter" select box), start typing anything. Here, at the first \
letter typed, before the letter show up, konqueror disappear.

5. I'm not sure that's a total crash: there's no "this applied crashed" window and a \
look at ps output give the feeling that the konqueror process is still alive. But \
alive or not, there's no way to get back the page. So it causes data loss, quite a \
pain in the ass.

Is there any debugger I should start konqueror with, so you can trace more seriously \
what happen? Please tell me.

I can reproduce it at will.
