Text inputs disappear on blur once border style has been specified on focus. 

Testcase: 

data:text/html, <style type="text/css">input:focus { border: 1px solid #aaa; }</style> <input type="text" />

Focus on the text input then blur (e.g click on it then click on the webpage body)
