on some other pages around bugs.kde.org the "title" is messed up ..unless i select it

even on the page im currently on the big text 
"KDE Bug Tracking System" on top of the page
does not show up unless i select it + the *title* and the links "KDE Home, Bug Tracking Home.." are on \
the left side of the page with simply emptyness below it and all of the other contents are on the right \
side of the page.
