Version:           3.4.0 (using KDE 3.4.0, compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.5
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.29

Start konqueror (filemanager) and open the bookmark field on the left hand side (-> \
sidebar). Try to drag and drop a link from the URL-line to the bookmark field. \
Nothing happens.

It isn't even possible to create a new directory. The errormessage is (after trying \
to move it with drag and drop): 

/home/Andreas/.kde-3.4/share/apps/konqsidebartng/filemanagement/entries/bookmarks.desktop/Neuer \
Ordner does not exist. After restarting of konqueror, the directory is missing again.
