My opinion is that the default shouldn't prevent users from doing what they want to \
do. If a window opening is suppressed by default, it should be able to undo that.

I know I had problems with my banking site not working in Konqueror because of \
Javascript window opening blocks. And they opened on "_self", so I never knew  it was \
due to window.open().
