When one inserts a listitem before one with a number value already assigned using the \
ECMA DOM bindings, the numbers of the following li's are not updated. Please see the \
testcase.

Reason: RenderListItem caches the counter early on. (forgot when); it is never \
forgotten _______________________________________________
