Yes there is a problem.

Possible reason:
When you click on download from k3b.org site, it takes you to sourcefoge download \
page BUT the address bar still shows www.k3b.org. If you dont do anything, after few \
seconds a dialog opens asking whether to save/open/cancel. If you click on "Your \
download should begin shortly. If it does not, try" link, 2 dialogs asking whether \
you want to save/open or cancle and these 2 dialogs lead to problem. 

This is in contrast to normal behaviour on other sourceforge downloads (like say \
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/xmmsmplayer/xmmsmplayer-0.5.tar.gz?download) that \
when you click on link, only one dialog box opens and address bar shows \
http://umn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/xmmsmplayer/xmmsmplayer-0.5.tar.gz after \
