Fully css 2.1 and xhtml 1.0 compliant. Uses a very big bordered div encompassing the whole thing. Half way down the page, the large black border disappears. This can be duplicated by a friend running kde 3.3.0. I think the technical explanation for it is that the computer runs out of ink.
