When a url is opened with the text kpart in Konqueror, pressing reload will always \
reopen the url with the text kpart, even if the mime-type is changed. To reproduce, \
add index.txt to the DirectoryIndex directive on your Apache server, make an \
index.txt in some directory and load it in Konqueror with an embedded kpart for \
text/plain files. Then, remove the .txt-file and make an index.html. Press refresh, \
and the text/html file is displayed in the text kpart! \
