http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84768
Summary: ability to save website including images into a) a dir
or b) a mhtml file like in Internet Explorer (ability to
                    read those aswell)
           Product: konqueror
           Version: 3.2.2
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs kde org
        ReportedBy: mpartap gmx net

Version: 3.2.2 (using KDE 3.2.2, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.2 20031218 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.2-r5, \
                propolice-3.3-7)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.7-gentoo-r7

This has been topic of
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10947
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15588
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17885
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61115
and every time it was closed as resolved, which it still is not. The functionality \
requested is being able to save a complete page including the images in Konqueror's \
                location menu, either as
-single files, meaning html/css (with links converted from absolute to relative) + \
images (probably in an own folder) or
-saving it as single file, namely as MHTML (.MHT).
Many users have saved many websites as MHT (me 2) and cannot open them with anything \
but M$ IE. And almost noone looking for a feature to save a whole site knows the .WAR \
thingie in kdeaddons. This is an important usability problem and surely touches many \
users, so it probably should get resolved till 3.3!? I am no KDE developer myself but \
I don't think it can be so much of work as the tasks that need to be done (parsing \
html, copying images, encoding and embedding into MHT file) are rather trivial. \
Please anyone DO THIS!! (cheers:)
