I'll report this from the POV of english language. It applies to other localizations \
as wall, though the shortcut may vary.

I've customized my Location Toolbar by removing the "Location:" label. Since then the \
Alt+O shortcut for accessing the URL bar doesn't work. I can still type URLs by \
pressing Ctrl+O, but this dialog doesn't offer completion or history.

This is really a bug but I marked it as "wishlist" cause it's not that important, \
just annoying to have to change my habit. \
