How to reproduce:
- go to a website that has some links to anchors in the same page, e.g. \
                www.kde.nl/personen/medewerkers.html
- click on a link, say "Jo Vermeulen". The page scrolls to that anchor (#jo).
- click the Back button. The page scrolls back to the top.
- Now click the Reload button. Bug: the page returns to the next URL in history, to \
the anchored link! (#jo) _______________________________________________
