There are lots of bugs related to this one, but I fell that this deserves another posting.
There's a javascript 'library' to make pop ups, like tooltips but better, it is called overlib \
and can be found here: http://www.bosrup.com/web/overlib/ The problem is, if you didn't scroll \
the page, the pop ups are placed correctly, but if you scroll the page (go down with the scroll \
bar) the pop ups are wrongly placed. I think this is a konqueror bug althoug it could be a bug \
on overlib and every other browser (since it works on mozilla and ie). To reproduce the bug \
simple go to http://www.bosrup.com/web/overlib/features.html
where there are several links that make use of overlib, scroll down the page a little and place \
the mouse over one of the links, you'll see that is wrongly placed, aside that it seems overlib \
works on Konqueror. Other bugs related to this one:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24818
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48460
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29533
and the ton of bugs related to CSS positioning.
Thanks.
