What kind of answer is this?

A person who takes the time to report a bug (or two) about a product and instead of \
trying to resolve it, you prefer to close it because you do not know how to resolve \
it or because it is annoying you too much...

Well, too bad, because there is a bug here and you would be able to recreate this MSN \
bug if you access the french version of the MSN web site. Indeed, after opening the \
bug report, I found out that it was only working correctly with the english version \
of the web site.

I know, you probably though that, even if there is a bug, it is probably already \
corrected in version 3.1.4 or the upcoming 3.2... Maybe it is, maybe not!

No matter how we look at this, it is a clear case of non-professionnal and \
incompetency (at least as far as customer support goes...) from your part. If you \
need two bug reports, than you should have slit this one in two or asked me to do \
so...
