Summary: wrong charset of the xml file loaded via javascript
           Product: konqueror
           Version: 4.0
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: khtml
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: oneugene@ukr.net

Version: 4.0 (using KDE 3.1.94 (CVS >= 20031206), compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.2 (Debian)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-3-686

When I'm trying to load some xml file using javascript methods, kjs loads xml file, \
but the data is always in latin1 or iso-8859-1 encoding. Even if encoding explicitly \
specified in the xml file (<?xml version="1.0" encoding="....."?>)

I'll attach a test suite later.
