Summary: Konqueror cannot handle the new yahoo mail form properly
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Debian stable
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: linux@garyng.com

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: Debian stable Packages
OS: Linux

Yahoo recently(about 2-3 months) changed their mail form HTML layout and introduced a \
number of buttons which support 'droplist'. Konqueror cannot handle these changes and \
the droplist feature is ignored.

An example would be when viewing an incoming mail, there is a button called 'reply' \
which under IE/Mozilla one can select and there is a 'reply all option'. Under \
konqueror, there is only 'reply' and no droplist so there is no way to reply all.

It is very easy to reproduce as one just need to have a yahoo mail account and the \
differences would be quite obvious(I just open one mozilla window and a konqueror \
window). I would say 50% of the standard features of the newest yahoo layout has been \
lost in konqueror.

This can become a showstopper for konqueror as a general purpose browser as yahoo is \
such a popular site, especially mail. While yahoo should be blamed for the changes, \
the reality is people would blame the software rather than the web designer. \
