This is braindead-code (more DOS attack than real code, actually).

The current behaviour of warning about a script freezing your system seems to be the \
correct one.

How is 3_1_BRANCH doing? 
I can't test. Otherwise, I would close the bug if it does the same, but I can't \
recall when the check_for_script_freezing_browser code went in.
