This report is invalid since it contains more than one independent issue. 
Reports are only allowed to contain one issue each, otherwise the management 
of open reports is unnecessarily complicated. If you happen to be still able 
to reproduce one or some of those issues using the latest KDE version then 
please report each of them in separate reports and describe how others can
