Ok, I found that if I delete .kde/share/config/klipperrc the problem goes 
away.

obably Nindalf should clear this one up. 
 
 
I also want to note that this bug is hard to reproduce.  I have to click on 
the treeview and VERY QUICKLY move the mouse.  It's sort of like the drag code 
doesn't notice I depressed the mouse.  Maybe the ordering of events or 
something causes the bug.
