Old bug, but I feel I need to add some extra information here. I just swapped my MS Natural 
Keyboard Pro (retail) for an OEM version, because the old retail one started to become old, dirty and I 
had to hammer too hard on my keys. 
 
The retail version had both a PS/2 _and_ a USB connector. They both had to be plugged into you 
computer. The OEM version though, has only a USB connector. Where _all_ multimedia keys (except 
for 'refresh') worked out of the box here on the retail keyboard, on the OEM version neither refresh 
or web/home or Media work. Mail and the navigation keys for the web and media work perfectly. 
 
Since xev does see the keystrokes, I can give you the keycodes for the OEM version's not working 
keys: 
web/home: 130 
Refresh: 231 
Search: 122 
Media: 129
