Summary: Replace semi-colon by a dot in web URL
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: christophe@courtois.cc

Version: inconnu (using KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from: (testing/unstable)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.3 20030309 (Debian prerelease)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.21

Problem (perhaps French-keyboard specific) : Instead typing a dot (.), I often enter \
a semi-colon (;). As far as I know, a semi-colon is forbidden in a domain name. \
Would it be possible to replace it always with a dot for the http:// protocol in the \
server name. It would save a few 'bad URL' messages. Thanks.
