Patch to kio_file allowing redirection

I have anyways given this some thought and I have come up with a patch. Would
you mind testing it?

Apply this patch to kio_file. It will allow you to use file://hostname/....
URLs and will redirect you to another ioslave of choice. The default is smb,
but I have tested with fish and it works ok as well.

Anyways, the configuration goes in $KDEHOME/share/kdeglobals, where you can set
the protocol to be used, like this (outside all groups)
DefaultRemoteProtocol=fish

Just remember to allow that redirection action, because redirecting from file:
is by default forbidden. Read kdelibs/kdecore/README.kiosk for more
information.
