Compiler:          gcc version 3.2.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.1 3.2.2-3mdk)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-0.16mm-mdk

If I open new tabs from a web page, the close tab button in the toolbar stays inactive. 

If I switch to one of the new tabs it activates, and stay activated when I come back to the first tab.

The button should be immediately activated when you open a new tab, not when you move to the next tab.
