some people moaned about add bookmark being at the top  
some about it being at the bottom. so. there is a different solution  
in cvs head. its gone. well, if you select "advanced bookmark blah"  
in keditbookmarks the "add bookmark" submenus go away and  
you simply get an internet explorer like "add bookmark" action.  
  
as for the scrolling problem, its a qt bug/wishlist unfortuantely,  
but, there is a work around. sort of, it doesn't work so well, but  
i added a hack into kstyle a while back to enable it:  
  
in ~/.qt/kstylerc  
add a line saying "ScrollablePopupMenus=true"   
to the end of the [Settings] section
