In konqueror, when you click a link to download a file, it starts \
downloading straight away, before you have chosen to save it.  It pops up \
the option box asking whether to save the file, open the file, or cancel. \
If you click "save", and then you chose a filename, it uses the partially \
(or fully even)  download file mentioned.  This can be seen by the progress \
bar starting with a percentage already done. However if you click "open" \
then it restarts the download from scratch.  This is the bug. \
