I use the MMB feature constantly in moz/phoenix/etc.  It's great because it allows you 
to close unfocused tabs in one click.  there isn't any other use for MMB on the tab 
bar, and it's a feature that many power users expect from tabs.  I can't think of a 
graceful way to document it outside of the online help or a toggle in the konqueror 
options tho.
