The same happens with all versions of KDE rpm's from texstar (pclinuxonline.com) till now. 
This seems like a refresh problem as if I force a refresh of the client screen of konqi the update 
of the css happens. So, should not be difficult to fix by just forcing a repaint after the css 
change but unfortunately I'have not time nor the knowldege of konqi internals to do this myself. 
Any chance to get this fixed???
