A demonstration can be found here: http://vipe.technion.ac.il/~shlomif/khtml-bugs/local-links/bad.html and here: http://vipe.technion.ac.il/~shlomif/khtml-bugs/local-links/good.html By the first, pressing the "Local Link" link which leads to the second and pressing "Local Link" again (and again). One can see that it is highlighted in good.html, but not in bad.html.
