Add a way to manage the context menus.  The non-technical user should have a way to \
graphically edit/add/remove/disable the right click context menus that are in \
$KDEDIR/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/

Requests have been made to add this or that context menu, but were rejected becuase \
it 1) the KDE developers did not want the menus cluttered and 2) it was trivial for \
the user to add an entry to the servicemenus dir.

This approach is beneficial since the average nontechnical desktop user will not know \
that they can add an entry themselves;  Also, the context menus would be as cluttered \
or noncluttered as the *user* desires.
