    <a target="screenshot"
onclick="window.open('','screenshot','resizable=yes,status=yes,toolbar=yes,location=no,scrollbars=yes')" \
 href="/screenshots/20557/"><img
     src="http://images.freshmeat.net/screenshots/20557_thumb.png"
     border="0" alt="Screenshot" hspace="10" vspace="10" width="150"
height="104"></a>

This is due to the target attribute - it uses the window opened via JS if this
happened, but otherwise it creates a window nonetheless.
There was a duplicate for this bug, but I can't find it anymore (maybe I closed it??) \
 Anyway - I agree that it _looks_ like a bug, but in fact it works as the HTML wants
it to work. I don't know how this can be fixed. Ideas?
