Tried the CVS snapshot.  Keyboard still works, but still have the mouse 
problems.

To elaborate:  Mouseover events are only firing when the mouse is moving.  If 
you mouse over a button that you are supposed to be able to push it 
highlights and the mouse cursor changes to a hand only when the mouse is 
moving.  You can't click it and as soon as you stop moving the mouse it 
unhighlights like your not over the button.
