This looks similar to some of the other
bugs shown in the search from the bug wizard,
but none mention nulls, so I'm reporting it.
Sorry if it's a duplicate.

The following url fails because konqueror
decodes the url, but then doesn't seem to know
what to do with the nulls in it.

If I cut and paste that url into the location bar, it
successfully loads the page but then displays the following:

http://castor:7927/scanLayout;scanGoto=gotoNext;serverName=inspector%3A7930;databaseNames=voleralogs;scanTerm="

which as you can see, is truncated.

(Unfortunately you won't be able to load these specific urls because they are for machines behind
our firewall.)
