It is possible to add this folders in the file dialog. Not the same (I mean 
kcontroll) but better ! :)

I think ther could be more configurable special folders.

Some ideas:

Download
Data
Dokuments

This is because I have a home folder but this is not my download folder, also it is not my Data folder.
A konqueror download shoud go to "download" if it is a file.
If it a document (png, doc, pdf, html...) the data folder or the document folder pops up.

My dirs:

/home/hal:
 - daten (All my text / image / ... files)
	- Dokuments
	- Images
	....
 - download
 - mp3
 ....
