When I try to start konqueror it starts running and then stops. I've run it 
from a prompt and it gives a segmentation fault.

I noticed one other problem before this happened. Whenever I try to delete 
the history all at once either by right-clicking on the location bar and 
selecting "empty contents" or by choosing "clear history" on the history in 
the sidebar it crashes and any child windows along with it. If I try to edit 
the history preferences it crashes. The super user version of the program 
seems unaffected by these problems. I can delete induvidual history entries 
one at a time it seems although sometimes the entries come back. I have no 
idea what the problem is.

I'm using Mandrake Linux 8.1 Powerpack Edition and I do not know how to find 
what kernel I have. I'm using i386 architecture.
