The animated gif is not properly animated when it is positioned with css position : \
relative.

I have setup a page that demonstrated the bug at http://www.ws.tn.tudelft.nl/kbug. \
This page shows the same gif twice. The second one is positioned with css and is not \
properly animated. Only about 3/4 of the left side is animated. The 1/4 on the right \
site only shows the first frame.
