When adding a non-CSS property to a CSSStyleDecl, then don't call
setProperty() [will fail], but set the property in the JS Object.
This is simply the same logic as the one in tryGet().
And it fixes the non-disappearing menus on www.omg.org! Yay!

This is an unusual bug.

When you visit the homepage of:

http://www.omg.org

and you move your mouse over the top bar, where it says "About us" or "Calendar"

the pull down menu will not be repainted/closed after you shift your mouse.
If I move the mouse over all the bar, all the menus are open and I can not close them.
