Strange problem occuring on http://www7b.boulder.ibm.com/wsdd/downloads/ 

The 7 links below where it says "WebSphere Developer Domain, Download Evaluation \
Center" sometimes work and sometimes they don't.  For instance they will work, but \
then I click somewhere else in the page and then they won't work.  I click around a \
little more and they work again.  I don't see a patter to when they work and when \
they don't.  This is doing it in both the HEAD CVS branch and in 3.0.1.
