OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-4
OS/Compiler notes: 

on the page http://transalp.com the links do not work. 

the three on the top don't even get the hand cursor. the links in the body are shown \
as links but do not work.

The body is a fixed container with overflow:auto but there is no scrollbars shown
