it would be useful, if one could optionally merge the netscape bookmarks
at the top level, so they are accessible directly, not through an
additional menu level. to avoid potential confusion they could be marked
in the menu somehow (put a small "N" on the icons?). note, that the
bookmark editor needn't to know anything about them - they just don't
show up there, like now.
