A problem exists on the webpage: http://www2.sis.pitt.edu/~josephm/

First click on the Research link, then click on one of the patch file links.  The \
patch file will open up in katepart.  This is fine; however, when you click the back \
arrow katepart does not seem to exit, but instead opens the webpage html inside of \
katepart.  You have to reload the page to get the actual rendered webpage.
