heheh.... it looks like they mixed up the order in which these cookies are 
sent.  I think they meant to send the expired cookie first to remove any 
cached cookie the user might have and then set the new one... Perhaps we 
should send them an email telling them so since they contributed to finding a 
bug in our code... :)
