Hello Louis,

You know that you can easily change this yourself from the Settings menu in 
konqueror right ?  Just click on "Settings->Configure Konqueror->Enhanced 
Browsing" and select the google entry in the "Web shortcuts" section.  Click 
on the change button and change the .com -> .ca.  Doing what you suggest
is a bit difficult since it requires a bit more work as this is not a 
translation issue...
