Fix for this site is quite easy: use Netscape Navigator 4.76 UserAgent (UA) 
(Konqueror-> Settings -> UserAgent)

With NN 4.76 UA, that page was rendered correctly.
Pls ask web master to change code on that site if you want *correct* rendering 
with Konq's default UA.
Therefor, I close this bug.

No, it's not related to that.
it's related to browser-detection code on that page!
(Konq is recognized as MS IE, and than they do some tricky-dirty things with 
code, which leads to starnge results described by you in bug report)
