I go to this page:
http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=SeaMonkey
I scroll down and click on a name in the 'guilty' column. A frame is shown.
Clicking next to it makes it dissapear again.

I scroll up and click on the 'commercial Tinderbox' link.
I get an error that the hostname does not exist.
When I press the 'back' button konqueror starts to eat all my memory untill I get a SIGABRT.
Its fully reproducable on my machine which runs the 3.0.1 BRANCH; updated may-5.
