I discovered the bug in this web: www.camelot-europe.com. The CSS for the webpage \
includes 

body {
CURSOR: url('/images/daguecurseur.cur');
}

(there are more properties in body, but I think this is the only one important here)

Whith KDE2.X the cursor image wasn't loaded and an ugly cursor appeared instead. With \
KDE3.0, the cursor just disappears. It would be nice that if the cursor specified in \
the CSS can't be loaded (unknown format, I guess?), the default cursor is used.
