Package: konqueror

When I run Konqueror with twm as my window manager or without any window
manager at all the keyboard focus is completely confused. This is with a
recent build from CVS as of sometime last week. 

For example in Konqueror If I type into the URL bar no text appears. But if I
choose Open location things get even stranger. If I type with focus on the
modal dialog box nothing happens or the keys are interpreted as accelerators
and new browser windows and dialog boxes appear. However, most curious of all,
if I move the focus back to the main window any keys I type are sent to the
dialog box and appear as text in the URL field there.

Of course if I don't run a "compliant" window manager I don't expect to get
all the added wizbang features of KDE that depend on the window manager like
icons on the desktop or virtual desktops that integrate with the panel.
However I didn't expect a regression relative to non-KDE applications where
even basic operations don't work.
