The only element of the form which appears is the 'Show me!' button. No other form \
elements are shown. This makes the page unusable.

Works in Mozilla.

Note that I was going to use this page to see how different stylesheets looked in \
Konqueror... given that the stylesheet selection page is broken, that'll have to wait \
:)
