OS/Compiler notes: 

While viewing an ftp:// url, I cleared out the url contents and typed \
"www.mandrakeuser.org". The url then was rewritten as \
"ftp://this.domain/www.mandrakeuser.org". Only when I cleared the url and typed in \
"http://www.mandrakeuser.org" did it allow me to access the correct location.
